Ken grew up in wintery Michigan before moving to south Florida and then splitting the difference and ending up in Atlanta with his wife and daughter. He has been working with both Louisville and Atlanta clients for several years and is in constant contact with the Louisville HQ sharing information, working alongside his fellow technicians, and developing process improvements.
Ken believes that a friendly, courteous attitude is essential for ameliorating the frustration brought on by technical problems and strives to make the day better for RFX staff and clients alike.
